Rumoured details on LEGO’s 20th Anniversary Star Wars sets

January 27, 2019 by Gary Collinson

Incredibly, 2019 marks 20 years since the very first LEGO Star Wars sets appeared in stores (you’re probably feeling quite old by now), and The LEGO Group is set to mark the occasion this year with a new range of special 20th Anniversary sets.

Well, thanks to the folks at PromoBricks (via The Brick Fan), we may have details on what we can expect from this wave, with the site reporting that the 20 Years line will include:

Slave I (75243) – 1007 pieces
Anakin’s Pod Racer (75258) – 279 pieces
Snowspeeder (75259) – 309 pieces
Clone Scout Walker (75261) – 250 pieces
Imperial Dropship (75262) – 125 pieces

Furthermore, each set is said to feature an exclusive minfigure with printed plate in Leia Organa (75243), Luke Skywalker (75258), Lando Calrissian (75259), Darth Vader (75261) and Han Solo (75262).

It’s also been rumoured that 2019 will bring a Star Wars-themed Collectible Minfigure series in May, but as yet we’ve had no official confirmation on that front.
