Codemasters’ GRID has been delayed until October

July 3, 2019 by Liam Waddington

GRID, the upcoming racing title from Codemasters, has been delayed from its original date on 13th September to 11th October.

The delay was announced on the Codemasters blog, with the publisher stating the change in release date will help “give added exposure to a game we’re hugely excited about”. Additionally, the post guarantees that buyers of the Ultimate Edition will still receive three days’ early access, meaning players will be able to play GRID from 8th October.

“With a little more than three months until launch, our GRID and Codemasters channels will be revealing more information and gameplay and big announcements, with more major news coming In the next couple of days,” the blog post reads.

GRID is set to launch on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and also remains a launch title for the Google Stadia – which is set to release in November. Are you disappointed by the delay of GRID? Let us know in the comments below or tweet us @FMyth_Gaming…
