Atmospheric adventure Nauticrawl: 20,000 Atmospheres gets a release date

August 15, 2019 by Andrew Newton

Developer Andrea Interguglielmi and Armor Games have announced that their atmospheric and unusual adventure, Nauticrawl: 20,000 Atmospheres, will launch on Steam on 16th September.  To celebrate the release date announcement, a new trailer has been released showcasing the oppressive atmosphere of the game and the strange vessel in which the game takes place.

In Nauticrawl: 20,000 Atmospheres players will need to learn how to control the titular Nauticrawl, a giant alien vessel, in order to escape the oppressive sentinels of a distant planet.  As the vessel has been designed to only be used by the ruling elite, players will need to investigate the copious amount of buttons, levers and displays and discover what each does in order to escape. Experimentation, ingenuity and perseverance will be essential if players are to start uncovering the engaging sci-fi story.

Nauticrawl creator Andrea Interguglielmi said: “Nauticrawl was my playground as a kid, piloting made-up submarines and huge robots. It’s a mix of my teenage gaming years, spent in space combat simulators and text adventures. The outcome is an experience that talks straight to our curiosity, our desire to pull all the levers and explore worlds that can’t be seen, only imagined.”

Nauticrawl: 20,000 Atmospheres arrives on Steam on 16th September with a 10% launch discount.
