Hannibal showrunner Bryan Fuller is reuniting with NBC to resurrect the anthology series Amazing Stories, with Entertainment Weekly revealing that Fuller is writing and executive producing a pilot for an hourlong weekly anthology series telling fantastic, strange and supernatural stories.
Created by Steven Spielberg, Amazing Stories originally ran on NBC between 1985 and 1987, with 45 episodes in total across two seasons. Directors who contributed to the show included Spielberg, Joe Dante, Martin Scorsese, Clint Eastwood, Robert Zemeckis, Tobe Hooper, Irvin Kerschner and Tom Holland.
