Junkyard Simulator gets a new developer video

January 14, 2020 by Andrew Newton

The latest developer update video for Rebelia Games’ upcoming Junkyard Simulator can be seen below and provides a glimpse at the game’s renovation feature.  One highly requested feature was to be able to use a tool to remove rust and turn junk into treasure, and this latest video shows that the developers have done just that.

Rust-ridden vehicles and no way to clear the rust away were one pet peeve of fans of Junkyard Simulator but thanks to the latest update by the developer, players will be able transform these rusty wrecks into shining treasures with the use of the sandblaster tool.

Turning rust to riches is only a small part of Junkyard Simulator‘s open world game.  Starting with just a sledgehammer, handcart and small section of land, players will collect scrap from the ground by hand to make coins here and there for those who can make use of it.  As players make more money they will have the opportunity to invest in larger machinery such as cranes, Electromagnets/Hydraulic cranes, loaders, crushers, choppers, trolleys and trailers, and use this to really make their business flourish.

A release date for Junkyard Simulator is yet to be announced but keep checking back with Flickering Myth for more news.  In the meantime, head on over to Steam and add the game to your wishlist.
