Hot Toys goes Back to the Future with Doc Brown and Marty McFly figures

September 10, 2021 by Amie Cranswick

Sideshow and Hot Toys have revealed the 1:6 scale Movie Masterpiece Series Marty McFly & Einstein figure set and Doc Brown deluxe figure which are based on the appearances of the characters in the classic time-travelling adventure comedy Back to the Future; check out the promotional images here…

In the 1980s classic movie, Back to the Future, the lovable teenage Marty McFly is accidentally sent thirty years into the past in a DeLorean time machine by his eccentric scientist friend Doc Brown. Travelling through time, Marty encounters young versions of his parents, and must race the clock to ensure they fall in love or he’ll cease to exist.

Following the official introduction of Hot Toys’ Back to The Future 1:6th scale Doc Drown collectible figure, Sideshow and Hot Toys present the Marty McFly and Einstein Sixth Scale Collectible Set available in selected markets only.

The movie-accurate collectible figure is meticulously crafted based on the image of Michael J. Fox as Marty McFly in the movie, featuring a newly developed head sculpt with astonishing likeness, skillfully tailored outfit, stunningly detailed accessories including a camcorder, portable audio cassette player with headset, a watch, a skateboard, a red backpack, a handout, and a display base! Furthermore, this collectible set specially features Einstein as a 1:6th scale collectible companion for our famous time travelers.

Remember one pallet for one trip! It all started with a science experiment in Back to the Future, where fans were introduced to Doc Brown, Marty McFly, and the time-traveling Delorean car that could travel to the past, present and future, setting off a series of time-shattering chain reactions that disrupts the space-time continuum.

Sideshow and Hot Toys are excited to further expand the time-traveling collection by presenting the eagerly awaited Doc Brown (Deluxe Version) Sixth Collectible Figure with lots of accessories from Back to the Future collection series. As the genius inventor behind the time-traveling DeLorean car, Doc Brown is always one of the most memorable movie characters of all time!

Sophisticatedly crafted based on the appearance of Christopher Lloyd as Dr. Emmett Brown in Back to The Future, the highly-accurate figure features a newly painted head sculpt with astonishing likeness; finely tailored protective jumpsuit comes with pouch and bag to store his equipment; extremely wide variety of detailed accessories including the signature remote to control the time machine, clipboard, stopwatch, climate graph, portable printer, multiple tools that can be found in his tool bag and a figure stand.

Most important, this Deluxe Version will include a Plutonium case and a bottle of removable Plutonium which requires your extra care!
