Pulled from a theatrical release by Disney and 20th Century Studios at the tail end of last year, the delayed Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas erotic thriller Deep Water eventually found a home on streaming service Hulu (and Prime Video in the UK), and they’ve just debuted the trailer for Adrian Fatal Attraction Lyne’s first film in 20 years; check out the teaser below…
Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas star as Vic and Melinda Van Allen, an affluent New Orleans couple whose marriage is crumbling under the weight of resentment, jealousy, and mistrust. As their mutual provocations and mind games escalate, things quickly turn into a deadly game of cat and mouse as Melinda’s extramarital dalliances start going missing.
Based on a novel by Patricia Highsmith, Deep Water features a cast that includes Ben Affleck, Ana de Armas, Tracy Letts, Rachel Blanchard, Dash Mihok, Lil Rel Howery, Jacob Elordi, Finn Wittrock, and Kristen Connolly.
Deep Water arrives on Hulu and Prime Video on March 18th, 2022.
