During yesterday’s San Diego Comic-Con panel which saw Sarah Michelle Gellar making a surprise on stage appearance to announce her casting in the upcoming spinoff series Wolf Pack, Teen Wolf writer and executive producer Jeff Davis and stars Tyler Hoechlin and Tyler Posey were on hand to unveil the first trailer for Teen Wolf: The Movie, the feature-length revival of MTV’s hit teen horror series.
The official synopsis for Teen Wolf: The Movie reads:
“In Teen Wolf: The Movie, a full moon rises in Beacon Hills, and with it a terrifying evil has emerged. The wolves are howling once again, calling for the return of banshees, werecoyotes, hellhounds, kitsunes, and every other shapeshifter in the night. But only a werewolf like Scott McCall, no longer a teenager yet still an alpha, can gather both new allies and reunite trusted friends to fight back against what could be the most powerful and deadliest enemy they’ve ever faced.”
Teen Wolf: The Movie features a cast that includes Tyler Posey, Tyler Hoechlin, Holland Roden, Shelley Hennig, Linden Ashby, JR Bourne, Colton Haynes, Melissa Ponzio, Crystal Reed, Vince Mattis, Orny Adams, Seth Gilliam, Ryan Kelley, Dylan Sprayberry, Khylin Rhambo, and Ian Bohen.
Teen Wolf: The Movie premieres on Paramount+ later this year.
