With less than a month to go until 1899 arrives on Netflix, the streamer has released a new poster and trailer for the upcoming horror from the creators of the hit German series Dark.
The series centres on the passengers of a migrant steamship, the Kerberos, as they sail into a horrifying nightmare when they encounter another ship adrift on the open sea during its treacherous journey across the Atlantic Ocean.
1899. A migrant steamship heads west to leave the old continent. The passengers, a mixed bag of European origins, united by their hopes and dreams for the new century and their future abroad.
