With the first trailer set to arrive next week, A24 has shared a new poster for director Ari Aster’s (Hereditary, Midsommar) new film, the “nightmare comedy” Beau is Afraid, featuring multiple versions of Oscar-winner Joaquin Phoenix’s titular character Beau at various stages of his life.
A decades-spanning portrait of one of the most successful entrepreneurs of all time.
In addition to Joaquin Phoenix, Beau Is Afraid features a cast that includes Kylie Rogers, Parker Posey, Amy Ryan, Nathan Lane, Patti LuPone, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Zoe Lister-Jones, Hayley Squires, Michael Gandolfini, and Richard Kind.
Beau is Afraid is set for release in April.
