Trailer for Sean Patrick Flanery supernatural horror Nefarious

March 17, 2023 by Amie Cranswick

Ahead of its release this April, a poster and trailer have arrived online for writer-directors Chuck Konzelman and Cary Solomon’s supernatural horror Nefarious.

Based on Steve Deace’s New York Times bestselling novel A Nefarious Plot, the film follows a convicted serial killer who is given a last minute courted ordered psychiatric evaluation on the day of his execution, as makes the claim that he is a demon, and that the psychiatrist working with him will commit three murders himself.

The film stars Sean Patrick Flanery, Jordan Belfi, Tom Ohmer, Cameron Arnett, Stelio Savante, Robert Peters, and Daniel Martin Berkey.

Set on the day of his scheduled execution; a convicted serial killer gets a last-minute court-ordered psychiatric evaluation. The killer surprises the psychiatrist with his claim that instead of trying to avoid his fate, he is a demon who wants the execution to go forward… and further claims that before their brief time together is over, the doctor will have committed three murders of his own.

Nefarious arrives in cinemas on April 14th.
