Adult Swim has released the first trailer for The Venture Bros. finale film, The Venture Bros: Radiant is the Blood of the Baboon Heart. The film will see Dr. Venture and Dean on the search for Hank as he goes on a journey while they and the many enemies of the Venture family have to come together as a danger from their past returns. The Venture Bros. first premiered on Adult Swim in 2003 and has run for 7 seasons with lengthy hiatuses in between as series creator and writers Jackson Publick and Doc Hammer have developed each season. The series was originally renewed for an eighth and final season, but the series was cancelled during the writing of the eighth season in 2020. However, Adult Swim soon said they were working with Publick and Hammer on finding a way to conclude the show and announced the finale film nearly a year later.

In The Venture Bros.: Radiant is the Blood of the Baboon Heart, a nationwide manhunt for Hank Venture leads to untold dangers and unexpected revelations, while The Monarch is literally out for Dr. Venture’s blood. An imposing evil from the past reemerges to wreak havoc on the Ventures, The Guild, and even the Monarch marriage — it will take friends and foes alike to restore the Ventures’ world to order . . . or end it once and for all.
The Venture Bros: Radiant is the Blood of the Baboon Heart will be released on blu-ray July 25th.
