Lionsgate has released a poster and trailer for Sick Girl, the upcoming comedy from writer-director Jennifer Cram which stars Nina Dobrev as Wren Pepper, a woman who tells a lie when she feels her friendship group drifting apart, which soon snowballs into a life-altering event which threatens to tear their entire community apart.
