Netflix showcases Bradley Cooper’s Maestro with new trailer

October 25, 2023 by EJ Moreno

Netflix has a handful of films entering the upcoming awards season, but none seem more poised for Oscar gold than Maestro.

Bradley Cooper helms his second feature film and brings to life the legend that is Leonard Bernstein. Alongside Cooper is Carey Mulligan, who is getting rave reviews for her turn as Felicia Montealegre Cohn Bernstein. It’s set for release during the holiday season and could prove to be a hit for the streamer in terms of viewership and award nominations.

The pair are showcased in a brand-new official trailer for the film. You can find the trailer, poster, and our video review from the New York Film Festival below…

Maestro is a towering and fearless love story chronicling the lifelong relationship between Leonard Bernstein and Felicia Montealegre Cohn Bernstein. A love letter to life and art, Maestro at its core is an emotionally epic portrayal of family and love.

Maestro is directed by Bradley Cooper, with a script from Cooper & Josh Singer. The film stars Carey Mulligan, Bradley Cooper, Matt Bomer, Maya Hawke, Sarah Silverman, Josh Hamilton, Scott Ellis, Gideon Glick, Sam Nivola, Alexa Swinton, and Miriam Shor.

Maestro will be in select theaters on November 22, 2023, and on Netflix on December 20, 2023.
