Take a walk on the wild side with Jesse Eisenberg in Sasquatch Sunset trailer

February 13, 2024 by Matt Rodgers

In the most exciting Bigfoot development since the infamous Patterson–Gimlin footage, or 1987’s Harry and the Hendersons, Bleeker Street has unveiled the trailer for Sundance favourite Sasquatch Sunset.

Directed by filmmaking siblings David and Nathan Zellner (Kumiko, the Treasure Hunter), Sasquatch Sunset takes place in the mysterious forests of North America, and stars Riley Keough (Daisy Jones & The Six) and Jesse Eisenberg (The Social Network) as the head of a family of Sasquatches, who set off on their own survival odyssey in the face of the ever-changing world around them. Check out the poster and trailer below…

In the misty forests of North America, a family of Sasquatches—possibly the last of their enigmatic kind— embark on an absurdist, epic, hilarious, and ultimately poignant journey over the course of one year. These shaggy and noble giants fight for survival as they find themselves on a collision course with the ever-changing world around them. Starring Riley Keough and Jesse Eisenberg, acclaimed directors David and Nathan Zellner (Kumiko, the Treasure Hunter) bring you the greatest Bigfoot story ever told.

Sasquatch Sunset is in select theaters from April 12th, before expanding nationwide on April 19th.
