Netflix’s Sirens rounds out ensemble cast

July 10, 2024 by Ricky Church

Netflix has just rounded out the full cast for its upcoming limited drama series Sirens. The show will feature Josh Segarra (Scream), Felix Solis (Ozark), Trevor Salter (She-Hulk), Britne Oldford (Dead Ringers), Lauren Weedman (Hacks), Jenn Lyon (Claws) Erin Neufer (Fellow Travelers) and Emily Borromeo (Blue Bloods).

They join Julianne Moore (May December), Meghann Fahy (The White Lotus), Milly Alcock (House of the Dragon), Kevin Bacon (City on a Hill) and Glenn Howerton (It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia) in the cast.

Sirens follows “Devon (Fahy), who thinks her sister Simone (Alcock) has a really creepy relationship with her new boss, the enigmatic socialite Michaela Kell (Moore). Michaela’s cult-ish life of luxury is like a drug to Simone, and Devon has decided it’s time for an intervention. When Devon tracks her sister down to say WTF, she has no idea what a formidable opponent Michaela will be. Told over the course of one explosive weekend at The Kells’ lavish beach estate, the show is billed as an incisive, sexy, and darkly funny exploration of women, power, and class.”

Segarra is Raymond, “the proud manager of a restaurant franchise in Buffalo. He’s been Devon’s long-time, on-and-off, toxic boyfriend.”

Solis is Jose, “a humble gardener but he’s actually the overall manager of The Cliff House, the head of security, the puppet master of the estate’s vast surveillance system and Peter Kell’s right-hand man.”

Salter will be Jordan, “Captain of Ethan’s yacht, rugged and handsome. All the society ladies have a crush on him.”

Oldford plays Missy, “the seasonal housekeeper for the Kells. She hates this job and hates the commute from the mainland.”

Weedman will be Patrice, “the long-time personal chef to the Kells. She is described as professional, tough and no-nonsense.”

Lyon, Neufer and Borromeo play a trio of women known as The Fates – “Cloe, Lisa and Astrid often speak as one as a trio and dress identically. They are devoted to Michaela and her preservation work. Cloe is the mean girl, Lisa is the zealot and Astrid is the less smart one.”

Sirens is created and written by Molly Smith Metzler, who adapted it from her stage play Elemeno Pea. Metzler will executive produce through Quiet Coyote with Margot Robbie’s LuckyChap also producing. Robbie will executive produce with Dani Gorin and Tom Ackerley. Nicole Kassell (Watchmen) will direct the first two episodes and serve as an executive producer.
