The Lord of the Rings Saruman sixth scale figure revealed by Asmus Toys

April 24, 2025 by Amie Cranswick

Asmus Toys has unveiled its upcoming sixth scale Saruman figure which is inspired by the likeness of Christopher Lee as the White Wizard in Peter Jackson’s epic fantasy trilogy The Lord of the Rings. The collectible is available to pre-order now, priced at $395; take a look here…

Saruman the White is a treacherous and powerful wizard who allies himself with Sauron in pursuit of the One Ring. From his chamber in the tower of Orthanc in Isengard, Saruman communes with the Dark Lord through a palantír, betraying old friends like Gandalf the Grey in his efforts to destroy the Fellowship of the Ring and enslave Middle-earth.

The Saruman Sixth Scale Figure captures his iconic, regal appearance as portrayed in the films with numerous points of articulation, layered fabric costuming, and accessories for recreating his most notable scenes. Saruman’s wizened portrait features moveable eyeballs and synthetic head and facial hair. The collectible action figure comes with four pairs of hands — grip hands, relaxed hands, open hands, and curved gesture hands — that can be interchanged to create dynamic poses and interact with his accessories, including his staff of power and his palantír orb. A double-sided environment display base inspired by Orthanc features an independently displayable altar with a luminous feature that pairs with the translucent orb for a sinister effect. Tolkien fans can pose their figure with a wide variety of display options for this powerful spellcaster and schemer.
