The fourth season of Netflix’s legal drama The Lincoln Lawyer has added several new members to its cast. Joining the series are Emmanuelle Chriqui (Superman & Lois), Jason O’Mara (Fire Country), Javon Johnson (The Oval) and celebrity chef Nancy Silverton.
The fourth season of The Lincoln Lawyer will be based on the seventh book of Michael Connelly’s series, The Law of Innocence. It will pick up from the third season cliffhanger where Mickey Haller (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo) was arrested after the body of a client was found in the trunk of his Lincoln.
Chriqui will play Jeanine Ferrigno. Jeanine is “the girlfriend of a local gangster who finds herself mixed up in a criminal enterprise, giving her information pivotal to Mickey’s defense”.
O’Mara is Jack Gilroy, Maggie’s current boyfriend. “Jack is an orthopedic surgeon who’s fit, tan and comfortable in his own skin. He specializes in sports medicine, which allows him to work with established and up-and-coming athletes in Southern California.”
Johnson will be Carter Gates, “a decent, hardworking business owner who’d turned his life around after legal troubles in his youth and now finds himself accused of murder.”
Silverton meanwhile will play herself in a cameo.
Season four of The Lincoln Lawyer will see “Mickey defending himself as he goes on trial for murder. He will face off with the prosecutor on the case, Dana Berg (Constance Zimmer), who has ties to his first ex-wife, Maggie (Neve Campbell).”
The Lincoln Lawyer stars Manuel Garcia-Rulfo in the lead role with Neve Campbell joining as a series regular after her previous guest appearance. Also starring is Becki Newton, Angus Sampson, Marcus Henderson, Gigi Zumbado, Kacey Montoya, Constance Zimmer, Elliot Gould, Krista Warner, Kyle Richards, Jason Butler Harner and Scott Lawrence.
