With filming on the hugely-ambitious Harry Potter TV series now underway at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden in the UK, HBO has marked the occasion by giving fans its first sneak peek at the upcoming television adaptation of J.K. Rowling’s bestselling book series with a look at young actor Dominic McLaughlin as the Boy Who Lived along with Nick Frost as Rubeus Hagrid; take a look at the behind-the-scenes images here…
Harry Potter will adapt each of Rowling’s books as its own season, with Francesca Gardiner (Killing Eve, Succession) serving as showrunner and Mark Mylod (The Menu, Succession) directing. Both will also serve as executive producers alongside Rowling and Harry Potter franchise veteran David Heyman.
