Outright Games and Aardman Studios have announced a 24th October launch date for their new game Chicken Run: Eggstraction with a brand-new trailer (see below). A new limited-time demo has also been released exclusively on Steam…
With the new, limited-time demo on Steam, players can attempt daring infiltrations across 6 levels as their favourite characters. Players will have to move stealthily past security cameras, outwit guards, and equip chicken disguises if they are to complete each mission. The demo can be enjoyed solo, or players can team up with a friend in two-player local co-op.
Chicken Run: Eggstraction will challenge players to save chickens from the evil nugget industry. In a brand-new story, take control of the Chicken Run characters and set out to liberate the captive chickens from five fortified farms. Each fortified farm contains a huge amount of security, such as security cameras and hawkeyed humans, that players will need to overcome to rescue their fellow chickens.
This top-down heist game also features a wealth of acting talent, with voice acting from Bella Ramsey and Josie Sedgwick-Davies, Amelia Dimoldenberg, Romesh Ranganathan and more.
Chicken Run: Eggstraction will arrive on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store on 24th October.
