Outright Games and Aardman have announced that their upcoming game, Chicken Run: Eggstraction, will feature in Steam Next Fest this autumn. From 13th to 20th October, fans will be able to try out the new limited-time demo on Steam, and try their hand at solving the puzzles and ruffling feathers.
Ahead of the game’s launch on 24th October, gamers will be able to step into the world of Frizzle, Molly, Fowler, and others, and get a peek at the first six levels. Players will be able to try out the different characters’ skills and leadership powers as they explore high-security locations. The demo will also allow players to try out the two-player local co-op and camouflage their chickens to make sneak attacks against security together.
Chicken Run: Eggstraction is a top-down heist game that will challenge players to save chickens from the evil nugget industry. In a brand-new story, take control of the Chicken Run characters and set out to liberate the captive chickens from five fortified farms. Each fortified farm contains a huge amount of security, such as security cameras and hawkeyed humans, that players will need to overcome to rescue their fellow chickens.
Try out the limited-time demo during the Steam Next Fest this October and save chicken-kind on 24th October on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store.
