The Third Doctor has been freed from his exile and is back to put things right throughout time and space, but when he and Sarah Jane visit the planet Konzomia, a place he once liberated with Jo Grant, he discovers the evil Raelchun (Gareth Armstrong) has not forgotten what the Doctor and Jo Grant did and has vowed revenge.
Discovering the target of the revenge, the Doctor and Sarah, along with the Brigadier (Jon Culshaw), rush to Dunkirk, 1940, to save the life of the young British soldier Private Terry Grant, Jo’s father. Can the Doctor and his friends save Terry Grant and ultimately save the life of Jo?
