It’s that festive time of year once again and on 5th December, the celebrations will start in World of Tanks with Holiday Ops 2026. This year, actor Benedict Cumberbatch will join in the fun as the official Ambassador for the Holiday Ops 2026 event. Cumberpatch’s arrival is celebrated with an excellent new short that combines his wit, intellect and mystery.
Running until 12th January, players will be able to look forward to a winter filled with numerous missions, sparkling new rewards and plenty of festive surprises. This Holiday Ops season is going to be one that is truly unique, as Benedict Cumberbatch welcomes tankers in the garage and provides special assignments for tank commanders to follow.
During this event, players will have the opportunity to earn exciting, exclusive celebrity-themed rewards, such as Benedict Cumberpatch’s in-game appearance as a tank commander, along with his voice issuing commands.
