Marvel’s VisionQuest to premiere in October

May 13, 2026 by Ricky Church

After several years in development, Marvel Studios’ series VisionQuest is set to premiere this fall to close out the trilogy that began with WandaVision and continued in Agatha All Along.

VisionQuest will pick up on the newly resurrected, albeit different version of, Vision after he fled from S.W.O.R.D.’s control once he gained sentience. The series is said to follow Vision as he attempts to regain his memory and humanity. Paul Bettany will reprise his role as Vision in the upcoming series from showrunner Terry Matalas.

The series will premiere on October 14th, several weeks ahead of Marvel’s next big event in Avengers: Doomsday. It remains to be seen if Bettany will reunite with his fellow Avengers co-stars for the upcoming film which will help close out Marvel’s Multiverse Saga.

Starring alongside Bettany is Todd Stashwick as Paladin, a morally grey mercenary anti-hero who acts as an assassin targeting Vision’s technology, Faran Tahir reprising his Iron Man role as Raza, the Ten Rings leader who inadvertently kicked off Tony Stark’s journey to become Iron Man, James Spader returning as the villainous Ultron, and Ruaridh Mollica as Vision and Wanda’s son Tommy.

Also featuring in VisionQuest are Emily Hampshire (Schitt’s Creek),Orla Brady (Freud’s Last Session), Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer, James D’Arcy (Agent Carter), Lauren Morais (Mudtown), Diane Morgan (Cunk on Earth), Mary McDonnell (Battlestar Galactica) and Cristian Lavin.
