Scott Adkins to star in comic book adaptation Accident Man

November 19, 2016 by Gary Collinson

Fresh from his role in Marvel’s Doctor Strange, British action star Scott Adkins is set for another comic book adaptation, having signed on to lead the cast of Accident Man.

Created by Pat Mills, Accident Man debuted in the UK comic Toxic! and tells the story of Mike Fallon, a high-class hitman known for making his murders look like unfortunate accidents. However, his attitude changes when his ex-girlfriend is murdered and he sets out on a rampage to track down those responsible.

Adkins will take on the lead role of Fallon, and has also co-written the screenplay with Stu Small, while Jesse Johnson directs. Production will get underway this month, with a cast that also includes Ray Stevenson, Ashley Greene, David Paymer, Amy Johnston, Ray Park and Michael Jai White.
