Wonder Woman running time reportedly revealed

May 3, 2017 by Robert Kojder

Advance ticket sales are now available for Wonder Woman in the UK (the highly anticipated blockbuster releases in just under a month now), and thanks to a Reddit user sharing information from their purchase we now know that as of right now the film is expected to run 141 minutes.

For comparison to other films in the DCEU, this is 10 minutes shorter than Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, 18 minutes longer than Suicide Squad, and almost the same length as Man of Steel (143 minutes).

Keep in mind that the running time is not an official announcement, but as Warner Bros. continues to release more promotional material to generate hype (yesterday they released two more trailers for the blockbuster), an announcement should be made shortly.

Wonder Woman is quickly approaching, so let us know if you’re looking forward to the Amazon Princess’ solo big screen debut in the comments below…

Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.

Wonder Woman will hit cinemas on June 2nd, with Patty Jenkins (Monster) directing a cast that includes Gal Gadot (Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice), Chris Pine (Star Trek), Connie Nielsen (Gladiator), Robin Wright (House of Cards), Danny Huston (X-Men Origins: Wolverine), David Thewlis (The Theory of Everything), Ewen Bremner (Snowpiercer), Said Taghmaoui (American Hustle), Elena Anaya (The Skin I Live In), Lisa Loven Kongsli (Force Majeure), Lucy Davis (Shaun of the Dead) and Ann Wolf.
