Emma Roberts is returning to American Horror Story

August 3, 2017 by Samuel Brace

Actress Emma Roberts is returning to the cast of American Horror Story for its new season.

Roberts is the latest American Horror Story actor to return to the series, being cast in Cult which will be the FX show’s seventh season.

The news of Roberts return to the franchise was announced by creator Ryan Murphy via Instagram where he wrote, “Look who showed up on the set of ‘Cult’ looking glamorous and ready for action.”

Roberts posted the same photo to her Instagram with a caption that reads: “I’ve joined #ahscult will you?”

FX has also confirmed the casting of Roberts.

It is probably safe to assume that the clothes worn by Roberts in the photograph are a part of her character’s costume for season 7, given Murphy’s caption of being “on set.”

Returning with Roberts are actors Evan Peters and Sarah Paulson.

The premiere date for Cult will be September 5th.
