Free DLC arrives for Dying Light

October 17, 2017 by Andrew Newton

Back in June we reported that Techland were rewarding the Dying Light community for their commitment to the game by releasing 10 new free DLCs over a 12 month period, now Techland have announced the arrival of Content Drop #0 and #1 onto the Xbox One and Playstation 4.  Content Drop #1, titled ‘Lethal Inventions’, will provide some excellent weapons to play with.  Watch the new trailer below to see these in action.

Content Drop #0 will provide players with a mix bag of interesting content.  Included will be a new human enemy special forces unit who will cause Bedlam in Old Town, there will be a Mutated Goon Zombie, a new ‘‘Hunted” player outfit and from Gemly.com there will also be the exclusive new Harran Military Rifle.

Players wanting to sport some top notch weaponry will enjoy Content Drop #1 ‘Lethal Inventions’ which adds three unique weapons which can be earnt by completing special bounties.  These weapons are: the Fenris axe – can cut off limbs to create devastating combos, the Kuai dagger – provides a speed boost for stringing parkour moves together and the Last Wish revolver which will provide a powerful 6th shot for every 5 shots that hit their target.
