Tom Hardy featured in set photos from Venom solo movie

November 4, 2017 by Gary Collinson

With the first two weeks of production on Sony’s Spider-Man spinoff movie Venom now complete, the official Twitter account has shared a behind-the-scenes image of Tom Hardy taking a break between filming, while some set photos have surfaced which reportedly show Hardy’s Eddie Brock arguing with his reflection/symbiote alter-ego in a car window; check them out here…

It would seem unlikely that we’ll get to see Hardy suited up as Venom during the production, with Andy Serkis previously stating that Hardy will be portraying the Marvel fan-favourite via performance capture.

Venom is set for release on October 5th 2018, and sees Ruben Fleischer (Zombieland) directing a cast that includes Tom Hardy, Riz Ahmed, Michelle Williams, Jenny Slate, Reid Scott and Scott Haze.
