Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown reportedly offered lead in The Chronicles of Narnia: The Silver Chair

November 11, 2017 by Gary Collinson

According to That Hashtag Show, Stranger Things’ breakout star Millie Bobby Brown has been offered the lead role of Kill Pole in The Chronicles of Narnia reboot The Silver Chair.

The site reports that TriStar Picturs made the offer back in April, although it’s unclear whether Brown has accepted.

Based on the sixth book in C.S. Lewis’ series, The Silver Chair sees an old Prince Caspian enlisting the help of Jill Pole and Eustace Scrubb to find his lost heir Prince Rillian.

The Silver Chair is being directed by Joe Johnston (Captain America: The First Avenger), in what is said to be his final outing as a director. Production is slated to get underway in New Zealand in 2018.

Brown, who can currently be seen in the second season of Stranger Things on Netflix, is set to make her big screen debut in 2019 with Godzilla: King of the Monsters.
