The Legend of Zelda Wii U apparently looks even more amazing than at E3

November 15, 2014 by Tom Powter

According to Zelda producer Fiji Aonuma, development on The Legend of Zelda Wii U is going very well – so well in fact, that the graphics are now even better than the already beautiful looking trailer we were shown at E3.

In this week’s issue of Famitsu, Aonuma was asked about the graphics, to which he replied that they’re even more amazing now than they were at E3. According to Aonuma, Nintendo considered many different styles before coming to the version they showed off during their presentation. Aonuma also talked about the colossal spider-like enemy that the protagonist faces off against in the trailer.

Aonuma says that it’s an enemy type that has never appeared in Zelda before and he wants players to think about “If any enemy like this appears, how would you beat it?”

Aonuma said Nintendo might show off the game at E3 2015, implying it’s still a very long way off yet.
