Short of the Week have created a wonderful (if slightly depressing) infographic on Hollywood’s waning creativity, comparing the highest grossing films from the last three decades…

And the two films in the Top 10 of 2011 (Thor and Captain America) will inevitably become franchises in themselves, with both having sequels currently in the works.

Judging by that, the Top 10 of 2021 will read like goal-happy football scores…
