A hungry hungry hippo is unleashed in trailer for survival thriller Hungry

Aura Entertainment has released a poster and trailer for Hungry, the upcoming survival thriller from writer-director James Nunn (One Shot).

The film follows a group of tourists looking for adventures in the bayou who find themselves the targeted of a ravenous, rampaging hippo after becoming lost in the treacherous Louisiana swamplands.

The cast includes Madison Davenport, Tracey Bonner, Joaquim de Almeida, Samantha Coughlan, Jim Meskimen, Olivia Bernstone, Michel Curiel, and River Codack. Watch the trailer below…

“Set in the mysterious and dangerous landscape of the Louisana swamplands, a group of holidaymakers embark on an airboat tour. Unaware of the dangers of the bayou, they venture off the beaten path, lured by the promise of an exclusive adventure. Little do they know that their journey will turn into a fight for survival against a ravenous hippopotamus concealed within the bayou’s depths.”

Hungry is set for release on June 23rd.
