Heart-warming animated drama Robot Dreams unveils trailer

Neon has released a poster and trailer for Robot Dreams, the animated slice of life drama from writer-director Pablo Berger.

Based on Sara Varon’s graphic novel of the same name, the film tells the story of Dog and the friendship that blossoms with the companion he builds himself, Robot, in 1980s Manhattan. Watch the trailer below…

Dog lives in Manhattan and he’s tired of being alone. One day he decides to build himself a robot, a companion. Their friendship blossoms, until they become inseparable, to the rhythm of 80’s NYC. One summer night, DOG, with great sadness, is forced to abandon ROBOT at the beach. Will they ever meet again?

The film features the voice talents of Ivan Labanda, Graciela Molina, José Mediavilla, José García Tos, Esther Solans, Tito Trifol, and Rafa Calvo.
