Arrow adds Parker Young and Rutina Wesley to its cast for season 4

The CW’s Arrow has added two new recurring guest stars to its cast for the upcoming fourth season, with Parker Young (Enlisted) and Rutina Wesley (Hannibal) both signing on to appear.

According to ET Online, Young will play Alex Davis, a love interest for Willa Holland’s Thea Queen, The Wrap is reporting that Wesley will appear in an as-yet-unrevealed role for a multi-episode arc.

UPDATE: EW has revealed that Wesley will appear as Liza Warner, a female police officer from DC Comics continuity, who will be a member of the anti-vigilante task force.

Other newcomers to Starling City for the fourth season of Arrow include Neal McDonough (Captain America: The First Avenger) as Damien Darhk, Echo Kellum (Ben and Kate) as Mr. Terrific, Alexander Calvert (Bates Motel) and Jimmy Akingbola (Sons of Liberty) as Baron Reiter, a.k.a. Baron Blitzkrieg, Jeri Ryan (Star Trek: Voyager) as Jessica Danforth, JR Bourne (Teen Wolf) as Double Down, and Ryan Robbins (Falling Skies) as Conklin.

Arrow returns to The CW for its fourth season starting from October 7th.
