Arrow sizzle reel and Q&A highlights from PaleyFest 2013

March 11, 2013 by admin

With a second season already secured, executive producers Andrew Kreisberg, Marc Guggenheim and Greg Berlanti and cast members Stephen Amell (Oliver Queen), Katie Cassidy (Laurel Lance), David Ramsey (John Diggle) and Susanna Thompson (Moira Queen) took part in an Arrow Q&A at PaleyFest 2013 this past Saturday, during which they teased future storylines for the hit show, as well as debuting a new sizzle reel featuring footage from the remaining episodes of the first season.

Among the highlights of the Q&A was confirmation that Ollie will be venturing to the previously-referenced city of Bludhaven, although Dick Grayson / Nightwing “will be out of town that week.” Kreisberg also stated that “there are two [cities] we will probably never go to – and you can probably figure out which those are.” Also covered in the discussion were the ramifications of Tommy (Colin Donnell) discovering Ollie’s vigilante secret, the possibility of Laurel’s sister Sara (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) still being alive, just when we might expect Laurel to slip on the tights as Black Canary, and recurring characters such as Felicity Smoake (Emily Bett Rickards), Colton Haynes (Roy Harper), Seth Gabel (Vertigo), John Barrowman (Malcolm Meryln) and Slade Wilson (Manu Bennett).

You can read highlights of the full Q&A at TVLine, and check out the sizzle reel here:
