Campaign intro trailer for Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr revealed

January 15, 2018 by Andrew Newton

If you are an early adopter of Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr then you will be pleased to hear that Neocore Games have released the biggest content update to date.  In this latest update players will see a new terrain setting, a playable class and the first chapter of the single player campaign.  The intro for the new campaign can be seen below…

The January update adds the alpha version of a new character class into Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr.  The Primaris Psyker Inquisitor are incredibly powerful individuals who are able to control the corruptive power of the Warp and wield it like a weapon, although they must be careful how they use it lest they become consumed by the denizens of the Warp.  Psykers are normally hunted down to protect entire worlds from the deprivations of Chaos but those who have sufficient control of their abilities are trained by the Adeptus Astra Telepathica with only those deemed devout enough to the Emperor becoming Inquisitors.

Other new features with the January update are:

  • Revamped Leveling
  • New map setting: Voidship
  • Implemented the first chapter of the campaign that also serves as the tutorial
  • New map clutter added: Blood Splatter, Decals, Corpses
  • Added Chatboxes above NPC heads
  • Intro video added

Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr is available to buy now.
