With Supergirl failing to soar with audiences and critics alike earlier this year, Warner Bros. and DC Studios will be hoping the shift from superheroes to supervillains brings some fresh interest to their rebooted DC Universe next month with the horror-thriller Clayface, which has just received its final trailer.
Tom Rhys Harries takes on the role of the titular Batman villain in the film, which is directed by James Watkins (The Woman in Black) from a script by Mike Flanagan (Doctor Sleep) and Hossein Amini (Drive), while the cast also includes Naomi Ackie, David Dencik, Max Minghella, Eddie Marsan, Nancy Carroll, and Joshua James.
