Discovery’s Moonshiners to come to gamers next year

Discovery and developer Klabater have announced they will be bringing the popular TV series Moonshiners to gamers in 2020.  Moonshiners the Game will allow players to own their own moonshining empire deep in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains.

Moonshiners the Game takes players into the woods of Appalachia to defy the laws of the land and brew some moonshine.  The game will take some of the most iconic moments and locations from the series and use them to create completely new scenarios and characters.

The game will feature:

  • Build unique apparatus inspired by designs of fabled moonshiners.
  • Create a moonshine recipes or discovery legendary recipes in the game world.
  • Keep an eye out for the police and Feds.
  • Enjoy the tranquility of the Appalachians with all its alcohol smuggling, police raids, forest stills and the beauty of endless forests.
  • Write a new page in the Moonshine history and become a new legend like Popcorn Sutton or Barney Barnwell.
  • Decide who you will deliver to and who will have to wait – but remember you are not the only moonshiner in the area and the competition may use any delay.

Moonshiners the Game will arrive on Steam autumn 2020.
