Festive slasher He Sees You When You’re Sleeping delivers a trailer and poster

October 19, 2024 by Amie Cranswick

The Horror Collective has shared a trailer for director Charlie Steeds’ seasonal slasher He Sees You When You’re Sleeping.

The film centres on Chester as he joins his over-privileged relatives for the holidays when he discovers his family are once again the target of a psychotic Santa, 17 years after he witnessed his parents brutally murdered at the hands of an escaped mental patient dressed as Father Christmas.

The film stars Caroline Williams, Lauren-Marie Taylor, Nicholas Vince, Cedric Gegel, and Christopher Kahler. Watch the trailer below…

“Christmas Eve 1980. Chester Van Buren returns to his decaying family mansion, after having witnessed his parents brutal murders at the hands of an escaped mental patient, dressed in a Santa costume, 17 years prior. He is now back to face his past trauma and spend the holidays with his dysfunctional and over-privileged relatives. It’s not long before Santa is up to his old tricks again, as a serial killer dressed as a demented Saint Nick begins to dispatch family members one by one. Has the killer returned to finish what he started or is the truth something far more terrifying, as Chester grapples with his sanity.”

He Sees You When You’re Sleeping arrives on digital on November 1st.
