Go on an adventure with David Bowie in trailer for acclaimed documentary Moonage Daydream

July 28, 2022 by Matt Rodgers

“Ever since I was 16 I was determined to have the greatest adventure that any one of us could have”

It’s fair to say that the legendary David Bowie more than lived up to his teenage ambitions, and now thanks to Brett Morgen’s estate-sanctioned documentary Moonage Daydream, we can experience a little more of his unique adventure. Featuring many of his greatest tracks, as well as never before seen concert footage, Brett Morgen’s half-decade in the making film will take a look at the legacy of Bowie, as well as acting “as a guide to living a fulfilling and meaningful life in the 21st Century”. Freak out in a moonage daydream by checking out the brand new trailer below…

From Oscar-nominated filmmaker Brett Morgen, director of Cobain: Montage of Heck, and featuring never-before-seen concert footage, MOONAGE DAYDREAM is an immersive cinematic experience; an audio-visual space odyssey that not only illuminates the enigmatic legacy of David Bowie but also serves as a guide to living a fulfilling and meaningful life in the 21st Century. Moonage Daydream is not a documentary. It is a genre-defying cinematic experience based on one of the most iconic and global rock stars of all time, destined to be one of the defining cultural moments of the year.

Moonage Daydream beams into cinemas from September 16th.
