Godzilla: King of the Monsters comes to PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Mobile

Tencent Games and PUBG Corporation are teaming up with movie Godzilla: King of the Monsters to unleash a ferocious crossover event that offers a gargantuan twist on the gaming genre, with content from the highly-anticipated blockbuster set to stomp its way onto PUBG Mobile.

Players can start to discover ominous in-game clues of Godzilla’s thunderous arrival as part of the monstrous promotional update coming to the App Store and Google Play for free, as well as unlocking Godzilla-themed items.

The PUBG MOBILE x Godzilla: King of the Monsters crossover event celebrates the latest installment in the world-renowned Godzilla franchise. Coming to theaters May 31, 2019, the new story follows the heroic efforts of the crypto-zoological agency Monarch as its members face a battery of god-sized monsters, including the mighty Godzilla, who collides with Mothra, Rodan, and his ultimate nemesis, the three-headed King Ghidorah.

Godzilla: King of the Monsters is set for release on May 31st, 2019 and sees Michael Dougherty (Krampus) directing returning Godzilla stars Sally Hawkins (Dr. Vivienne Graham) and Ken Watanabe (Dr. Ishiro Serizawa), and new additions Millie Bobby Brown (Stranger Things), Kyle Chandler (Friday Night Lights), O’Shea Jackson Jr. (Straight Outta Compton), Vera Farmiga (Bates Motel), Aisha Hinds (Star Trek Into Darkness), Charles Dance (Game of Thrones), Thomas Middleditch (Silicon Valley), Zhang Ziyi (The Grandmaster), Randy Havens (Stranger Things) and Elizabeth Ludlow (The Walking Dead).
