Johnny and his bloody hook return in trailer for In A Violent Nature 2

February 26, 2026 by Matt Rodgers

Shudder and IFC Films have released the first trailer for In A Violent Nature 2, the sequel to the 2024 slasher which depicted Johnny the vengeful spirit’s murderous rampage from the unique perspective of the killer. And like all good mask wearing, camp dwelling unstoppable shapes, he’s back!

Once again written and directed by Chris Nash, In A Violent Nature 2 stars Ry Barrett, Lucas Nguyen, Olivia Scriven, Laurie Babin, Fionn Laird, Donald MacLean Jr., and Evan Marsh. Check out the trailer below…

Johnny’s violent rampage leads him to a summer camp just as a young, outcast camper is forced to spend the night with his counselor sister and her friends at their annual end-of-season party.

In A Violent Nature 2 is in theaters sometime in 2026.
