Join the adventure in One Piece World Seeker out now on Xbox One, PS4 and PC

March 16, 2019 by Andrew Newton

It’s time to join the Straw Hats and the future King of the Pirates on a new adventure as Bandai Namco Entertainment release One Piece World Seeker on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC.  Based on the popular One Piece manga and anime series, One Piece World Seeker sees the group in trouble with the Marines on Prison Island Jeanne and joining forces with “Anti-Navy” group to defeat Isaac, the prison warden.  Watch the launch trailer below….

In One Piece World Seeker players will set out on an adventure alongside our hero, Monkey D. Luffy, as he fights to save his friends and take back Prison Island from the Navy.  The Navy control every part of the island which was formerly called Jewel Island, and if Luffy is to succeed he will have to join forces with the anti-Navy militia, a group of island inhabitants led by Jeanne.

Throughout the game, Luffy will be able to explore the island and increase his move set by investing skill points into three skill trees.  As more skills unlock Luffy will become more capable in battle, mobility and stealth (a skill that Luffy seldom uses) and even be able to use Haki attacks.  During fights, a tension gauge will increase allowing Luffy to pull off his most powerful attacks.

“One Piece World Seeker expands the scope of One Piece video games by injecting a wide open island for players to explore in addition to solid action-RPG gameplay,” said Randy Le, Associate Brand Manager at BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. “The single character focused gameplay allows the development team to create a much more cohesive story for casual and diehard One Piece fans to explore and enjoy.”

Join Luffy in his adventure now in One Piece World Seeker, out now on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC.
