Kao the Kangaroo Trilogy arrives on GOG.com

February 16, 2021 by Andrew Newton

Kao the Kangaroo was one of the platformer characetrs that people of a certain age will remember fondly.  First released upon the world back in the tender year of 2000 Kao the Kangaroo soon gained a good fanbase with many gamers growing up to this marsupials antics.  Now, GOG.Com have released all three of Kao’s titles digitally as part of the Kao the Kangaroo Trilogy with a very nice 10% discount.

The Kao the Kangaroo Trilogy includes:

Kao the Kangaroo

Tackle 45 levels spread across 5 worlds as our plucky kangaroo hero and battle your way back to Australia.  Kao, armed only with his oversized boxing gloves and hops, skips and jumps must make use of hang gliders, motorboats, snowboards and more to progress through multiple magnificently coloured environments.  Take on hungry sharks, demented pigs with lollipop clubs, sunstroked sailors and angry Eskimos to get Kao safely home.

Kao the Kangaroo: Round 2

Kao returns to fight through 25 levels set across 5 worlds in order to rescue his friends that have been captured by an evil hunter and his henchmen.  Fight your way past enemies, race against time and use genius kangaroo logic to solve puzzles before the hunter gets his kicks by killing your mates.

Kao the Kangaroo: Mystery of the Volcano

Join Kao again in his third adventure and parachute into the unknown.  Take on challenging missions, fly a plane and engage enemies in vicious dogfights and participate in racing events.  There’s a wealth of strange inhabitants to encounter and interact with.

The Kao the Kangaroo Trilogy is available now on GOG.Com priced £4.99 with a limited time 10% discount.
