Katie Stevens to lead Halloween horror Haunt from producer Eli Roth

October 31, 2017 by Gary Collinson

THR is reporting that Katie Stevens (The Bold Type) is set to star in Haunt, an indie horror from writer-directors Scott Beck and Bryan Woods (A Quiet Place), which is being produced by Eli Roth (Cabin Fever).

The film “is set on Halloween and tells of a group of friends who encounter an ‘extreme’ haunted house that promises to feed on their darkest fears. The night turns deadly as they come to the horrifying realization that some nightmares are real.”

Filming on Haunt got underway in Kentucky this past week, with Stevens starring alongside Will Brittain, Lauryn Alisa McClain, Andrew Caldwell and Shazi Raja.

Stevens will be seen in another horror movie, Polaroid, this November, while Freeform has also recently renewed The Bold Type for a second and third season.
