Roku has released a poster and trailer for the upcoming thriller series Swimming with Sharks. A contemporary, gender-swapped update of George Huang’s 1994 feature of the same name, it stars Kiernan Shipka as Lou, a young woman starting an internship at a Hollywood studio who becomes dangerously obsessed with its CEO (Diane Kruger); watch the trailer below…
“When Lou (Kiernan Shipka) starts her internship for Joyce, she seems like a naïve Hollywood newcomer. In truth, Lou has been obsessed with Joyce (Diane Kruger) for a long time and will do anything to get close to her… even kill.”
Also featuring in the cast of Swimming with Sharks are Donald Sutherland, Kathleen Robertson, Thomas Dekker, Finn Jones, Ross Butler, Erika Alexander, and Gerardo Celasco.
Swimming with Sharks premieres on The Roku Channel on April 15th.
