LEGO Builder’s Journey coming to Nintendo Switch and PC this month

June 2, 2021 by Andrew Newton

The LEGO Group and Light Brick have announced they will be releasing LEGO Builder’s Journey on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on the 22nd June.  This nonverbal puzzle adventure offers endless possibilities of creative play not to mention it looks absolutely beautiful.  See how beautiful it looks for yourself in the new trailer below.

LEGO Builder’s Journey follows the heartwarming story of a father and son as they set out on a trip through a beautifully artistic LEGO world.  Players will solve puzzles by moving LEGO blocks to help the father and son on their journey all while listening to relaxing, meditative music.

“When we released LEGO Builder’s Journey in 2019, it quickly became a fan-favorite among LEGO fans and the larger gaming community,” said Karsten Lund, creative director/head of studio, Light Brick Studio. “We are thrilled to introduce the game to a whole new audiences playing on PC and Switch. We look forward to hearing the reaction from player communities on these platforms, and already have plans in motion to expand to other console platforms later this summer.”

The PC version of the game will feature significant graphical upgrades, including ray-traced ambient occlusion, global illumination, reflections and shadows, while the Switch edition will allow players to enjoy this heartwarming adventure at home or on the move.

Help father and son on their journey in LEGO Builder’s Journey on 22nd June on PC and Switch.
