September 7, 2019 by Amie Cranswick

Empire has revealed a new image from Roland Emmerich’s World War II epic Midway featuring Luke Evans and Ed Skrein; take a look here…

SEE ALSO: Watch the trailer for Midway

MIDWAY is the epic, real-life saga about an undermanned American fleet and the brave Navy leaders and pilots who triumphed, against the odds, over a powerful adversary. With democracy and freedom at stake, these U.S. brothers-in-arms conquered the Imperial Japanese Navy at the Battle of Midway, a most stunning clash by air and sea which marked a heroic feat of naval warfare and pivoted the Allies toward victory in the Pacific Theater during WWII.

Midway is set for release on November 8th and stars Luke Evans (Beauty and the Beast), Woody Harrelson (Solo: A Star Wars Story), Mandy Moore (47 Meters Down), Patrick Wilson (Aquaman), Nick Jonas (Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle), Aaron Eckhart (Olympus Has Fallen), Dennis Quaid (Fortitude), Tadanobu Asano (Thor: Ragnarok), Keean Johnson (Alita: Battle Angel), Ed Skrein (Deadpool), Luke Kleintank (Man in the High Castle), Jun Kunimura (Kill Bill: Vol. 1), and Etsushi Toyokawa (Love Letter)
