August 5, 2018 by Andrew Newton

Square Enix have released a new trailer for the highly anticipated Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age.  This brand new trailer for the latest entry in the beloved Dragon Quest series showcases the cast of characters players will meet when the game is released on the PlayStation 4 and PC (via Steam) on 4th September.

In this new trailer viewers get to meet some of the characters designed by famed manga artist Akira Toriyama, each of which has their own back story and unique personality.  Characters that can be met on the journey through the world Erdrea include the protagonist’s reliable partner in crime Erik, the young mage Veronica, laid back healer Serena, martial artist Jade, Sylvando the entertainer and old man Rab.

Watch the DRAGON QUEST XI Character Trailer to meet an endearing band of adventurers that join the hero on his quest. Once again, famed manga artist Akira Toriyama brings the characters of DRAGON QUEST to life with his delightful, one-of-a-kind style. DRAGON QUEST XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age is coming to PS4 and Steam on September 4, 2018, in North America and Europe.

While it is the eleventh mainline entry in the critically acclaimed series, DRAGON QUEST XI is a completely standalone experience that features entirely new characters, a beautifully detailed world, finely tuned strategic combat, and an immersive story that will appeal to long-time fans and franchise newcomers alike.

Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age is a stand alone experience that takes players through the world of Erdrea and will be available for the PS4 and PC this September.
